Les Saintes / Iles des Saintes: Weddings
Among the documents required for a legal wedding between non-residents are: a valid passport; an official birth certificate (not a photocopy) issued by a government agency (not a hospital); a certificate of single status (if previously married include a certified copy of final divorce decree or death certificate); and proof of residency for 40 days in the community where the marriage will be performed.
